At cloudatus, you will:    

  • Act as a key point of contact during the end-user device (laptop/PC) migration process  

  • Coordinate the collection and return of hardware in collaboration with internal IT and users 

  • Perform clean installations of Windows operating systems, ensuring consistency with project standards 

  • Carry out initial system setup, including first login and verification of functionality 

  • Provide high-quality first-line support, helping users quickly resolve any post-migration issues and forwarding more complex requests to second level support   

  • Maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach while working directly with business users

We are currently assembling a team of ITSupport Specialists for a short-term international migration project for a leading client. This is a great opportunity to travel across various European countries and gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT field in a dynamic, enterprise-level IT environment, working alongside experienced consultants and supporting end users during a critical transformation.Alltravel and accommodation costs are fully covered by the company.

Duration: September - October 2025 (The estimated total working time is between 100 and 200 hours) 

 

Salary range 35-50 PLN/hour net

Very Good English skills (B2+), German language is a plus but not mandatory

Full-time availability and willingness to travel abroad for business (Germany, Austria, Italy, France) is required
